The third is one with good protective effect in the market, that is, the fabric is dipped with UV absorbent during the umbrella making process, or the UV absorbent is painted on the surface of the fabric. Expert: its great advantage is that it has a strong anti ultraviolet function without changing the feel and appearance of the fabric itself. However, different fabrics will limit the UV protection function of the absorbent. So when choosing this kind of sunshade, we can judge its UV protection function from three aspects.

Expert: the test shows that among the fibers that have not passed the treatment, the anti ultraviolet function of polyester fiber is better, the benzene ring in the molecular structure of polyester fiber has the effect of absorbing ultraviolet light, and the nylon in the chemical fiber is also the artificial cotton and rayon in the nylon glue. The anti ultraviolet function is not as good as that of polyester.
Therefore, should try to choose polyester fiber as raw material for anti UV umbrella.
Second, pay attention to the fabric structure
The thickness and tightness of the fabric have a certain impact on its anti UV function. The thicker the fabric, the better the anti ultraviolet function. Moreover, the tighter the fabric, the stronger the light blocking ability and the smaller the ultraviolet transmission.
Expert: knitted fabrics are generally looser than woven fabrics, so the protection effect is not as good as woven fabrics. In woven fabrics, the gap of plain fabrics is greater than twill, and twill is greater than satin, so the protection effect of plain fabrics is relatively poor.
Third, pay attention to the color of fabrics
According to the test results of the Chinese Academy of metrology, the darker the color of the fabric, the smaller the UV transmittance, and the better the UV protection function.
So when we choose a sunshade, we should fully consider the thickness, tightness and color of the fabric.
